This house is called The Westminster. It is an 84 Lumber plan that is my wife's favorite. So much so we built this home for ourselves.
We used an upgraded beaded siding with M-Rock stone to grade and on the front porch. We expanded the deck to over 40' in width to match the main part of the house. The main level was built according to the plan except, as is our norm, we removed the wall separating the family room from the living room and made one very large great room
The upstairs got a major redesign much like Lot 20 in Walnut Creek. We added a bonus room above the garage that became an office and a large walk-in closet. Dormers are on the front and back to take advantage of amazing views. The original bathroom space was opened up to make the bedroom larger and to make a double window on the rear wall just like on the front. Again, to take advantage of amazing views. The laundry was moved to the basement.. That space, along with what was closet space, became a large master bath with a garden tub, double wide stand up shower, double vanity, and a separate room for toilet and linen closet.
These changes on the second floor give the master suite almost 900 square feet of space. Counting the expanded double garage and basement there is a total of nearly 4,800 square feet of finished and unfinished space!
