Lot 20 Walnut Creek looks a bit like a colonial. We changed the upstairs around a bit to add more square footage and create a large master bath and closet.
This home was a spec house (no client/ buyer during construction). The family that purchased the home asked for the house to be repainted with their custom colors. We are very proud of the results.
The entire downstairs is hardwood, carpet upstairs, tile in the upstairs bathrooms. The master bath has a oversized tub with a separate stand up shower.
Even when a house is built on a crawl space, as is this home, we did not use cinder block, we poured concrete. We also added a green feature and made the foundation a conditioned crawl space to greatly reduce the chance of water penetration and/or mold growth.
