Lot 18 in Walnut Creek is a side A design with a garage in the side A. The house was built on a conditioned crawl space; a green feature that greatly reduces the chance of water penetration and mold growth.
The house was made wider than the plans show giving each bedroom more space. Floor space increased to over 1,900 square feet.
The main level is all hardwood. The second floor has carpet with tile in the bathrooms. I am a big fan of upstairs; roomy and comfortable!
